Rewire Your Mind

Stop saying “hate”. I hear people around me “hate” so many things all the time. Hating is very strong emotion and barely thinking about it manifests in your brain chemistry and affects your mindset and performance. Do you really “hate” something or is it just unpleasant/disturbing/not your taste/unexpected? Acknowledge your emotions and don’t let your primitive mind fool you - after all, you are your biggest enemy (and alley). You choose your strengths and weaknesses. Choose love.

My friends can assure that whenever they say they “hate” something, I simply ask them to double-think or just not use that word. How you express yourself, not only affects you but it radiates the negative vibes to the people around you as well. Please be considerate and don’t over exaggerate.

Is hatred really what you feel when some random person pumps into you, the wifi connection isn’t the best etc..?

Why not explore yourself, and see if instead of ‘hate’ you are actually feeling any of these:

(“This makes me feel ___ , because… “)

sad, uncomfortable, sceptical, irritated, furious, jealous, hurt, critical, mad, scared, discouraged, weak, foolish, disturbed, anxious, helpless, confused, rejected, neutral, emotional etc

Goes a long way.
